I love Tucker’s show and he’s very important as a voice of pushback but you are so right. It makes him seem a bit nuts. I don’t know why he does it.
His idiotic impromptu laughs take away fro the serious tone of the point or issue he’s talking about. It really grates me because his subject matters are excellent.
Maybe a nervous tick. He might not be consciously doing it, just automatic.
