The fact that they are “out growing” it seems to say they didn’t have Dysphoria after all. I don’t understand why they can’t just say, let’s do some therapy for a while and see where that goes. But the government has basically said no you can’t try and talk them out of it.

No adult should ever “assist” a minor in making this fundamental choice about life. This decision should be reserved for an adult on behalf of themselves. Mentally incompetents should not be able to make this decision.
I seriously doubt that sex-change is ever a truly viable solution, but if it is, it should be undertaken ONLY by a stable adult absent input by those who are politically or monetarily motivated. In other words, never ask a barber if you need a haircut.
The indoctrination of children was awful, but just as bad is the bastards coopting "When Johnny Comes Marching Home." I grew up in upstate New York in the post WW II years and, in grade school, we learned so many stirring American patriotic songs and hymns and I still remember most of them -- the Battle Hymn of the Republic, Oh! Susanna, Oh My Darling Clementine, Camptown Races, When Johnny Comes Marching Home, all of the military branch hymns.
It's no accident the bastards chose "When Johnny Comes Marching Home" as a way to rub our noses in their perversions, a way to ruin a famous American patriotic song (I know Southerners don't feel that way), and a way to play on the lyrics...
