With NetFlix turning into a dump, and the other movie networks not offering much worth watching, perhaps those people working at home will have no choice but to return to the office.

Also, unless they’re rich or don’t need much to survive on, they’ll be forced to return to work at the employers’ office.

I think novelty is wearing off for many workers. On the other hand, you have some workers who just want to take advantage and stay at home and do nothing but collect a paycheck.

What you’ll get are those who have no options will be forced to return to the office. Those who do have options will not.

So if you’re a company, yes you can get people to return to the office. Its just that you will lose many of your best employees and you won’t be able to hire the ones you really want. You’ll be stuck with the ones who have little if any experience and/or the ones who are not very good at their jobs.
