As a manager where he worked, I recommended firing the entire work cell who all admitted to foreknowledge of what he said he’d do.

Who hired him in the first place? I've worked in places where getting involved in a lunatic's life was nothing but mortal risk and "management" who hired him in the first place wasn't going to do anything about it, especially if the person was of a privileged class.

Report him at your own peril because he'll add you to his hate manifesto and then go after you.

The company got a special deal on the rent of a first-class industrial building plumbed for high power, liquid nitrogen, the works. In exchange for this special deal, they had to hire a certain number of people off the welfare rolls. The problem with the deal is that no matter how you dumb down the work instructions...”every time a widget comes down the line, put this bolt on it”...is that people on the welfare rolls ARE working. Their job is to stay on welfare and they’re good at it. They don’t WANT a job where they have to show up sober and are expected to pass drug tests. (They stopped drug testing because none of the floor personnel passed. Their lawyer told them, “If only blacks fail the drug tests, then the drug tests are racist.” Honest. Can’t make that up.)
