So NATO puts tactical weapons on it's boarder, and Russia should take their word for it that it's defensive? I wonder how Libya felt after being told the no-fly-zone was not an offensive weapon. If I were Russia, I would not trust the UN, NATO or the USA on anything. My God, we've been accusing them of interfering with our elections for years.
