Sure he is. Repubs had both houses of congress and did nothing. They sat back, and are still sitting back, while the Judicial branch is being used against anyone that does not toe the party line. Case in point, Trump and the Jan 6th protesters being treated as terrorist. Damn bush and the republican party for the patriot act, nsa and tsa and dhs.
