This is just a variation of the equally radically false principle that words are use of force - the antifa excuse to do violence is they are defending against words.
How about if some guy (or girl) is totally muscled up.
Looks able to beat or punch anyone.
Is that provocation?

Or if they are wearing a judo logo t-shirt?
