We already saw Russian missiles in Cuba. We have a minor version of the emBASEee strategee in Guantanamo Bay. But it’s not long enough to support air operations, plus there really isn’t a lot of terrorist activity in the region.
I don’t think Cuba would put up the fight Ukraine is. All we would need to do is stop the embargo and they would tell Moscow to go pound sand.
