I guess it can be hard to tell oligarchs apart as both have money, but the think the smarter ones are Ukrainian.
“I have a big butt and my hips don’t lie” are the other ones.
I have the impression that oligarchs in Ukraine may be spending their money on things like apartment buildings whereas the Russian oligarchs prefer big boats outside of Russia and foreign sports teams. A difference between investing in your own country versus trying to get all your money outside and safe.
