Why didn’t Pelosi and Bowser accept Trump’s offer of National Guard troops? Maybe that should be investigated. It’s interesting that after the election there were at least 2 massive pro-Trump rallies in DC (prior to the one on January 6th), involving 200,000 or more people. The ONLY violence during those events was when Black Lies Matter and Antifa thugs attacked rally-goers who were heading back to their hotels, and those who had stopped to get something to eat. Bowser, Capitol Police, DC Police, Secret Service, FBI, all knew about that violence. Why wasn’t there more security at the Capitol on January 6th? The Media-Dem Party wanted the ability to weaponize any disturbances that day, we know that for sure.

Pelosi turned down the offer because she thought it was “bad optics”.

In typical Trump fashion he did not take the action on his own as he viewed it as the responsibility of Pelosi so he left the decision with her.
