Zelensky and Liz Cheney are appropriate recipients for this fake award. In March of this year, Zelensky banned all opposition parties in Ukraine by executive order and has effectively established a Chinese-style one party state.

No doubt. the way it seems to work as they take money from the US taxpayers give them to another country in this case Ukraine and then get kickbacks from that.
