Consider that the Supreme Court has clarified that treaties cannot be use as a back door to compromise the Constitution.

"The obvious and decisive answer to this, of course, is that no agreement with a foreign nation can confer power on the Congress, or on any other branch of Government, which is free from the restraints of the Constitution." —Reid v. Covert, 1957.

That of course is not how the UN interprets its agreements, so my recommendation is that we withdraw from the UN and all its associated groups, including its WHO subsidiary, effective immediately. I’d give them a year to vacate NYC.
