Newt was shut down and thrown under the bus by the RINO inner circle (Trent Lott, Bob Dole, Mitch Mcconnell, John McCain, etc), over his not so quiet efforts to reveal Clinton’s brazen actionable treason involving both China and Russia.
Then of course, Newt blew it with his wife and family... while double standard, in the conservative world, it isn’t survivable.
