Huh? The Ukie Navy was totally destroyed by the first week. The Ukies have no ships to get anything in or out. Vlad has it all blocked. All western arms and men are coming in through Poland, Lviv area and getting whacked. Even our Pentagon state Vlad has been averaging 50 pinpoint strikes a DAY.
