Sacramento jurors needed just hours Wednesday to convict Ronald Seay of first-degree murder and lying in wait in the December 2018 ambush murder of Natomas librarian Amber Clark. Those same jurors will return Thursday to Sacramento Superior Court to determine whether Seay, 59, was sane when he shot 41-year-old Clark in her car in the parking lot of the North Natomas library branch she supervised.

We don't need TV shows and movies about murderous psychopaths, we already have plenty of them in real life.

The bastard had been banned from the library for causing a disturbance (and the victim was present). He researched and planned his revenge, and even his defense. Insanity defense = nope.

We would all be shocked to know how many Whites are murdered by blacks, every year, in the US.
About 6-8 years ago, it was 3-4 a day.
Probably, far higher, now.
The prey, mainly, on women, children and elderly.
