House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is blaming the Federal Aviation Administration after the US Capitol Police evacuated the Capitol complex in an embarrassing mix-up over a plane carrying US military skydivers.
Capitol Police on Wednesday evening falsely identified the small aircraft as a 'probable threat,' when in reality it was carrying an Army Golden Knights demonstration team parachuting into a nearby Washington Nationals game.
'The Federal Aviation Administration’s apparent failure to notify Capitol Police of the pre-planned flyover Nationals Stadium is outrageous and inexcusable,' Pelosi said in a statement.
The unnecessary panic caused by this apparent negligence was particularly harmful for Members, staff and institutional workers still grappling with the trauma of the attack on their workplace on January 6th,' the top House Democrat added.
A spokesperson for the FAA told DailyMail.com in a statement: 'The FAA takes its role in protecting the national airspace seriously and will conduct a thorough and expeditious review of the events this evening and share updates.'
'We know our actions affect others, especially in our nation's capital region, and we must communicate early and often with our law enforcement partners,' the agency added.

With that said, I am sorry to say, I have heard no reports of any federal employees or (especially) politicians dying from heart attacks brought on by fear or PTSD from reliving Jan 6

Of course. Politics first. At her age, I wouldn't expect her to put "plane threat" and "Capitol" together and come up with September 11th, 2001. This witch needs to quietly wander off into the woods.
