Biden Administration Wants To Force Nurses To Murder Babies Even If It Terrorizes Their Souls

President Joe Biden’s Department of Health and Human Services plans to snub religious freedom this month by eliminating conscience-based objections for healthcare workers, Politico reported on Tuesday.

Former President Donald Trump first announced his intent to introduce conscience-based protections for “physicians, pharmacists, nurses, teachers, students, and faith-based charities” in 2018.

By 2019, the HHS Office for Civil Rights crafted a rule that safeguarded nurses, doctors, and others with moral or religious objections to abortion, assisted suicide, sterilization, genital mutilation, and more and emboldened the government to punish institutions that violated it. The rule was eventually blocked by federal courts after being petitioned by leftist activist groups.

The Biden administration is moving to scrap the Trump-era rule as states such as Texas have largely banned abortions and sex experiments on children. The decision is eagerly backed by Planned Parenthood and other pro-baby killing organizations.

Pro-religious freedom organizations, however, say the rule change holds negative implications for Americans’ rights. Alliance Defending Freedom is just one of the organizations fighting to keep the administration from removing protections that will cause “harm to healthcare providers and patients across the country.”

“No American should be forced to violate their ethical and religious beliefs. Doctors, nurses, and other medical providers should enjoy this same constitutional protection, free to live and work in a manner consistent with their faith. Yet the Biden administration’s proposed rule would abandon health care professionals to being forced to perform medical procedures that directly violate their religious beliefs or risk losing their jobs. This is an illegal and gross overreach of executive power, and we urge the administration to withdraw this harmful proposal immediately,” Alliance Defending Freedom Senior Counsel Matt Bowman said in a statement to The Federalist.

Biden made it clear from the beginning of his time in office that he did not care about conscience-based protections in health care by pushing for taxpayer-funded abortions.

Biden also emboldened pro-abortion “extremist” Xavier Becerra, now the secretary of HHS, to dismantle the agency’s Conscience and Religious Freedom Division which the Trump administration created to protect the religious rights of healthcare workers. Later, Becerra eliminated any mention of “conscience,” “religion,” and “Conscience and Religious Freedom Division” from the budget and quietly dismissed a case against a hospital where a nurse was forced to perform an abortion even though she had objections.

I would have to resign before I would have anything to do with the murder of a baby or anything else. There has never been such an evil administration as we have now. May they burn in hell.

These two sentences sum up a lot of what is wrong with the government today. Such an important question of law, and first the Executive branch makes a temporary “rule”, and then the Judicial branch makes a permanent “ruling” on the subject, all the while there is zero input from the voters or the legislature on the matter at all.

In time when all pro-life healthcare workers have been bullied out of their chosen profession, we will be left with healthcare workers who have radically different ideas of what life is. They will not believe in saving pre-born babies, certainly. But how about the life of the very old and infirmed? We are being nudged into something the Nazi’s would have embraced.

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;”

Ah ha! The Constitution prevents Congress from making law which stomps on the free exercise of religion, but it doesn’t say anything about Sleepy Joe doing so.

Well, it certainly does, since the Constitution says that only Congress has the power to make laws. So Biden is prevented from not only making a law prohibiting the free exercise of religion, but from making any law at all.

The article mentions both abortion and “sex experiments on children.”

What an ugly world this has become.
