Netflix’s problem is that they decided several years ago to prioritize creating their own content over providing a large library of old and new movies from other studios. It quickly became boring, and now it seems that almost everything new that they provide is produced by them, while the library of older films continues to stagnate and even shrink. It certainly hasn’t helped that most of the Netflix-produced movies have been mediocre at best. And it also hasn’t helped that as they were force-feeding their customers their own poor content, they were also raising the price of the service.

This is a classic case of the company focusing first on what they think is best for the company, rather than on what is best for the customer.

Netflix focused mostly on leftist content with their own productions and nobody wants to watch it.

Look at the “Salute to Abortion” comedy special with Michelle Wolf where she actually said “God bless abortions and God bless America”. Netflix subscribers paid for that.

This is what passes for Netflix produced content. We cancelled our subscription as soon as we became aware of it and I have no desire to resubscribe.
