They crave attention, and lust for power. They believe that they know better than others, and that they deserve to be the ones in charge. They are petty. They are vain. They hold grudges.”

Well, Trump is better than most but he still actually fits that personality profile to a large degree. Even Trump’s biggest fans can’t really argue that he doesn’t have narcissistic tendencies, for example. You don’t put your name in giant gold letters on a skyscraper if you are a humble person.
