CDC says the national mask requirement on public transportation is no longer in effect. Therefore, CDC will not enforce the Order... CDC does not require wearing of masks on buses or vans operated by public or private school systems, including early care and education/ child care programs.

They don’t appear to be fighting it, the CDC or Brandon. Psaki kind of hinted they are throwing up the white flag on this one and letting it go. I mean some private communist Karen group could challenge it but not likely. I have already heard this AM, that the masks are off at PIT. I had someone flying on Delta this AM and all the staff was masked up but 90% of the passengers were not. A few Karens, granola-looking hippies, and some blacks. Masks are a sign of Democratism and religious devotion to the Dummy party.
