I am not a fan of Alex Jones.

I am a fan of free speech.

If that is “whining” so be it.

“Freedom of speech” does not, never has, and never will include the right to libel or slander. I, too prefer to err on the side of ‘too much’ freedom, but I don’t have the right to publish an article or webpage accusing you of pedophilia, murder, or treason. Public officials have much less protection, but if you accused me of such, damned right I can sue, and vice versa. No rights are, or can be, unlimited, that’s a fact of law and common sense.

Freedom of speech is not absolute. That’s already case law

Alex was sued for defamation. He failed to respond to info required by the court. Hence the default judgement
