Good question, and its not just a political organization. Since 2014 its also been a commonly used insignia among Ukraine's paramilitary fighters in Eastern Ukraine...like the ones fighting in Mariupol.
Its sad and a bit embarrassing to see how mis or under informed people on this forum really are and how quickly they grab for the 'politically correct' interpretation of things they don't understand or disagree with.
