“...to mock the Polish savages demolishing similar Russian monuments in Poland”

Many seem to forget that Poland was invaded by two nations in 1939, Germany from the west and the USSR from the east. The Poles have many reasons not to want to have either Nazi nor Soviet monuments on their soil. I can also see why Russians might not want to be reminded of their Katyn massacre of Polish POWs, but that’s a different thing altogether.

Interestingly, after liberation, the Norwegians made a point of demolishing the Nazi memorial to those lost when the Blucher was sunk on April 9, 1940. Were the Norwegians ‘savages’ for doing so?

It is their country and they are free to do whatever they wish. I have no idea why there is outrage over the above news, especially given that nothing is getting demolished in this case.

” Were the Norwegians ‘savages’ for doing so?”

In the eyes of the Putin puffers and other fascists, very much so.

The only good Russian is a dead one.

As Patton said, we’re going to have to fight these bastard savages eventually.
