It’s Maureen O’Connor’s final few months on the Ohio Supreme Court. The Ohio State Constitution forces judges into mandatory retirement at aged 70, so she can’t seek reelection this November. They should still impeach and remove her. Republicans have supermajorities in Ohio. They should make a loud, clear statement on this insanity.

How could they logically impeach only her and not the other three that made the same ruling though?

What is the use of having a supermajority if you don’t use it to impeach crooked judges? They should be impeaching them by the truckload.
Impeach all the ones who voted against this in one shot.
