Are they going to hold their breath until they turn blue? Perhaps an Al Sharpton style “hunger strike”

Grand jury evidence is subject to secrecy. If the DOJ releases any of that information to Congress then Hunter, if indicted, might claim that the government violated the law. If a Court finds the violation was substantial it might dismiss the charges. If, as I suspect, any grand jury evidence provided to Congress by DOJ will find its way to “friendly” media outlets, then Hunter, if indicted, could claim that the potential jury pool has been contaminated and he cannot receive a fair trial anywhere in the USA. So, it would be better if these Republicans allowed the process to move forward. If, at some later point, it becomes clear that Hunter will get a free pass, then this becomes an issue to pursue.
