Well, THAT fits the narrative much more than the subway guy. If I were a cop I would NEVER go near ANY POC. Just leave them alone. YOU will always be the fault guy even if they stub their toe. I had an relative who 50 years ago was a cop and whenever there was an incident in the city the cops would all drive slow and with sirens and lights on. By the time they got there everyone was gone. Do the same now leave them to their own devices. Your help means nothing to them. If they can use it against you they will. No good deed goes unpunished when it comes to POC.
The police should, in no uncertain terms, tell the so-called black community and leftists in general: we will no longer respond to calls from your community. You can hunt and kill each other all you like and if any little kids get caught in the crossfire, well, too bad.
However, if you are caught outside your neighborhood committing crimes against others, you will be summarily executed.
