Nominate and get confirmed future Justices even before one of the current ones die or retires. Just think an eight or nine person bench just sitting around Washington (on the clock of course) awaiting for a certain justice to retire or croak. All primed and ready to go.
I guess next will be presidential elections. We know the term will new I a few years ears so let’s elect the next president now. Actually with The Bidet not a bad plan!
It’s quite interesting this was done early. Not sure it was substantially earlier than replacing past announced retirees
