I stopped watching Fox on Election Night too.
Martha MacCallum and Brett Baier could hardly contain their glee every time Biden pulled ahead.
As a long time cord cutter... these smaller bundled TV streaming services are an interesting development. It is finally getting to the point that you really can pick and choose exactly what you want to pay for.
Currently, we still share a Sling subscription that costs about $50 a month with my parents that has an ungodly number of channels included. It can be watched on 3 devices at a time. But considering that we watch and/or record only a small number of the channels it is getting harder and harder to justify with all the cheap bundles and free stuff along with programming included with Amazon Prime that we now have to pick from. Anyone who has high speed internet available with a large amount of data included who is still using cable TV instead of streaming is most likely throwing money away.
I would never subscribe to CNN given the choice so I applaud these small bundled services although they do make things a little more complicated than just surfing through channels on a cable TV box. It would seem like if this trend continued that at least some of these lefty services would go under. Right now many conservatives are basically still being forced to pay for media that we despise, while liberals and the services that they prefer are being subsidized. It does not have to be this way any more.
I dropped out long before then. I stopped watching the night Obama won. I just knew how it was going to go.
I haven’t seen them on at the doctor’s office or hospital in years. lol
