Of course, this only applies to sells and not buyers...

This really sucks cause Prime is already going up and amazon-based shipping options are really the best in class. Can easily tell down to a few minutes on when you’ll get the package. Fedex isn’t that far behind, but maybe this can be an opportunity for them.

amazon used to outprice most places- but lately you can find a lot of stuff quite a bit cheaper at other stores like walmart- their delivery has been a bit spotty too- losing items- not gettign them shipped out very fast- or just plain not gettign them- have had several items that got lost apparently- though amazon was quick to remedy the situation- over nd over i see things listed for $10, even $20 or more on amazon- this happened especially durign the pandemic where sellers really were gouging customers- for instance, ivermectin paste- normally just $5 a tube, was selling for $50 a tube and more in some cases- it was nuts-

You can choose to fulfill directly from 3rd party sellers, from the sounds of it.

of course amazon made out like bandits while Mom and pop stores had to shut down....

Amazon's business plan may be a good one but one had to wonder when the excess packaging would haunt them....

. “It is unclear if these inflationary costs will go up or down, or for how long they will persist, so rather than a permanent fee change.”

They clearly think the a average American consumer is stupid.

It will alway go up and will persist forever so yes, it’s going to be a permanent charge.

Just liek taxes. They will never get rid of a profitable cash cow like that.

These companies are more than happy to avoid losses in the Biden recession by passing if off to the little guy, who has no ability to absorb it or pass it off to anyone else.

It affects a subset of sellers that send stuff to amazon to warehouse and ship for them. If you store and ship your items yourself then you dont get dinged.

Amd i think at least amazon is putting the increase only on the people that benefit the most from amazon doing deliveries for them.

They are already paying more anyways for warehouse fees. Most fba sellers are larger and are able to handle the increase better than smaller lower volume sellers not in the fba program.

After reading this article, Biden will close more pipelines to speed the green new deal.

They’re fighting inflation by causing more inflation.

They must have learned that from Xo Xiden.

The Establishment is steadily grinding us down. Our health care, our finances, our freedoms. I guarantee if we go another four years with Bidet and Heels up running the circus, there will be another major push to take our guns. And this time they might just be successful at it. All it will take is Roberts putting the nail in the coffin.
