I think it is likely that Ukraine will develop their own nukes as well. They have 15 nuke power plants, the learnings from Chernobyl, plenty of nuke engineers, the nuke materials and now they have the motivation. These 2 invasions would never have happened if the Ukes had kept their nukes and walked away from the Budapest Agreement.
It is in the Ukes’ best interest not to sign any more treaties. As soon as they sign sovereignty away, they are the invaders when they come in and take it back.

They were Soviet nukes they inherited when the Ukies claimed their Independence in 1991. The US and EU convinced them to get rid of them for security guarantees, how did that work out?
How far under water is the Moskva? Salvage any nukes they may have had on board, put them in a bag of rice for a few days and they’re good to go.
