Did he kill 10 and leave 19 wounded? I imagine that in total at least 29 were shot and wounded.
How many did he kill?

Press conference said witness sitting near him saw him pulls the smoke bomb saying “Opps” and then starting shooting. Said he fired 33 times. That's potentially 33 deaths. His videos reveal ramblings of disorganized thinking. But clearly a man angry at society, white people, white woman, and even black people.

Knowing N.Y. he’ll be let out with no bail.I think they are in the process of amending the NO BAIL BS to include judge discretion - we'll see. Basically the legislature wants no bail requirements for Blacks.
