Just hire a couple of black lesbians for no-show jobs on the Board of Directors. You get to tick off black/female/gay on the diversity list. Pay them $200K per year (which is nothing to a big corp.) to disappear except once a year for a photo session with the Board.
That’ll inspire comradery. Dealing with this crap where I’m at now.
