But you’re feeding the narrative that this is the Black Plague by acting like we have to have either therapeutics or preventatives.
This disease isn’t worth all that.
Some people are likely very vulnerable. Maybe one day this nonsense will calm down and we can find out exactly whom is in worst shape.
But as it is, it’s mostly a non-issue that doesn’t deserve the fear that insists we need preventatives. Maybe some of the fat people.
Nonsense. You didn’t read what I said and you read too much into what I did say. I never claimed that we HAVE to have preventatives or therapeutics. My response was simply to counter the narrative of hopelessness that claims there is nothing that can be done.
No way have I ever implied in the least this was as bad as the plague and what is generally recommended for Covid is what is usually recommended for ANY cold.
But the narrative of “there’s nothing we can do” proves fatal for some who give up and do nothing. It’s not true that there’s nothing we can do and it simply plays into the hands of big pharma and hospitals who profit financially the most from people who do nothing until they are critical.
Some people simply do not want to sit around and do nothing until they become the latest statistic. They should be given the option of what there really is out there instead of being lied to that there is nothing.
