Additionally, Tass is like all normal news aggregating agencies, it has some small errors in accuracy and uses commonly accepted sources above rumor, like Police Agencies and Police Officers of the concerned nation.

Interesting: homicide rate for whites (2016) was 2.9 per 100,000 and for blacks for the same year is was 22.8. (https://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/volumes/67/wr/mm6715a8.htm) I think blacks have a problem that needs to be address from within the black community. Clearly, throwing dollars at the problem has actually made it worse.
