Choon F Yong Title: Senior Transportation Engineer, Caltrans Pension: CalPERS, 2021 $90,875.46
Rip off the California taxpayers and then get your $91K pension for life. If you were to fund your own annuity for an equal return you would have to put in 2+ million. Work for the state, rip off the taxpayers retire a millionaire. Not a bad gig if you can get it.
And we’re supposed to believe elections in this state are free and fair.
They should claw that back but they won’t.
They need to put him in charge of the California High Speed Rail Project. Then he would be known as “Choo-Choo Choon Foo Yong.”
That’s rich!
Sum Ting Yong?
“Choon Foo “Keith” Yong”
Stop & think about it for a moment:
In addition to everything else going on, what would be the effect of a hostile government with unlimited cash seeking to corrupt every level of government?
Case in point: Biden family.
We are at war. The problem is that ‘we’ are in denial.
Corrupt ex state employee too California taxpayers

“They need to put him in charge of the California High Speed Rail Project.”
We’ll probably never know the level of corruption that project has.
Graduate of The Thousand Talents Plan?
Very good! And since he has "egg on his face" resulting from his crime ... well ... you know ...
Please accept my apologies for wondering if Choon’s brother was “Egg”
Yong is following Pedo Joe’s example.
Yup, crime pays. Seems only one side pays a price in todays criminal justice system.
There are so many instances of the criminal justice system being bought off or just completely ignored. Im jaded and I don’t see this changing anytime soon.
“We’ll probably never know the level of corruption that project has.”
A drop of water in the ocean. But the real question is where does the buck stop? And that will never be known. People end up dead that can drop that poison pen letter. History is full of them.

My response would be in the affirmative.
He was doing something wrong. As a state civil engineer with thirty years experience he should have been making 150k to 200k. Probably was a mediocre employee who turned to grift since he wasn’t making his step and merit increases.
