“Where does it (United States Constitution) specifically mention slavery?”

Do you know that the Declaration of Independence does not include the words “Potentate King George III”?

Which brings to mind the apocryphal story about the Prince reading the long list of grievances in the final version of the Declaration of Independence - and upon being unable to find the magic words Potentate King George III - telling his startled advisors: “Well, at least Jefferson didn't accuse me of anything.”

But back to your original claim. Where does the U.S. Constitution mention slavery?
