They are defining positive tests as “cases”. According to our lords and masters at the CDC, a positive test IS NOT A CASE.
These fascists change the definition of everything on a dime to suit their purpose of the moment.
No one should care how many positive tests there are, only hospitalizations.
As noted ad nauseum by many - including the CDC - masks are, practically speaking, worthless. Except as the human equivalent of a dog leash.
