The problem is that they don’t want to look.
It’s no different than a study I learned about - one of perhaps hundreds, if not thousands - which was financed by a big pharma company...which didn’t like the results.
The study wasn’t published, and the authors coerced to silence.
And the dollars (BILLIONS) keep rolling in for ‘treatments’ of the condition the study focused upon.
So much for ‘medicine’...though I’m sure that they’re trying to develop a ‘drug’ which mimics the same effects of the herb which proved so successful in the study.
Medicine is purely a for profit industry. An unthinking physician is merely carrying out his Industry’s sales instructions much like a car dealership employee.
Thinking physicians do seek out the scientific news and attempt to apply their learning to the required treatments or adjust them. But it’s harder for MDs to find information that hasn’t gone through the industry gauntlet.
