Read the accident report. Such claims are sheer lunacy.it was a classic combination of Polish incompetence, Russian incompetence, bad weather, and serious VIP interference with the crews decision making.

The official Russian weather report is disputed, and contradicted by videos at the time of the crash. The debris field looks like the plane exploded, rather than skimmed the tree tops. The first report, to which Tusk concurred, is about as credible as the Warren Commission Report. You still need to explain the "lunacy" of Russia refusing to return Polish Air Force One after over 12 years. That in itself is damning. If the Tusk-Putin theory of the crash is correct, and not just propaganda, the plane should have been returned long ago.

So why not return the wreckage?
(This should be good)
