Reportedly, over 70% of the local population in that part of the Donbas has been evacuated.
There is widespread expectation that it is going to be hammered hard. Rockets and shells have been flying, and convoys have started moving toward the front. It looks like the Operation is underway. Maybe it will hit peak intensity this coming week.
