Texas Gov. Greg Abbott wasn’t bluffing when he said he would bus illegal aliens dropped off by the federal government in small Texas communities to Washington, D.C. Apparently, DHS simply dropped the illegals off without warning and without asking permission. Many Texas towns were blindsided by Joe Biden’s “catch and release” policy and were begging Abbott for help.
White House press secretary Jen Psaki whined that Abbott’s voluntary bus rides were a “publicity stunt.” Well, duh. But immediately after Abbott’s announcement, the federal government stopped dropping illegal aliens in the towns that had been pleading for help.
“From the [Rio Grande Valley] to Terrell County, a large majority of the communities that originally reached out for support through this operation have now said that the federal government has stopped dropping migrants in their towns since the governor’s announcement on Wednesday,” he said.
Christensen said each bus “has the capacity and supplies necessary to carry up to 40 migrants.”
On Wednesday, Abbott said at a news conference that the state would be sending the migrants “to the United States Capitol, where the Biden administration will be able to more immediately address the needs of the people that they are allowing to come across our border.”
Senator Ted Cruz thought Abbott’s idea was so good he introduced legislation to expand the illegal alien transport program to what he considered to be other rich, Democratic enclaves.
EXCELLENT ideas. @GregAbbott_TX
But Texas shouldn’t ONLY send charter buses of illegal aliens to DC. I filed federal legislation to ALSO send them to:
– Martha’s Vinyard, MA
– Nantucket, MA
– Palo Alto, CA
– Greenwich, CT
– Scarsdale, NY
– Newport, RI
– Rehoboth Beach, DE https://t.co/0MK7fLfGaA— Ted Cruz (@tedcruz) April 6, 2022

Piss off all the rich Karens in Greenwich…
Don’t forget:
San Francisco, Los Angeles and Sacramento, CA
Baltimore and Annapolis, MD
Manhattan and Albany, NY
Seattle and Olympia, WA
Portland and Salem, OR
Chicago and Springfield, IL
Minneapolis and St. Paul, MN
Outstanding!
Maybe self-driving buses and trucks have a good use after all.
Sending people to Baltimore is a human rights violation.
Ted Cruz forgot Chappaqua, NY (the Clinton crime family) and Katonah, NY (George “the Jewish Nazi” Soros).
Mix it up a bit and send a couple planeloads to Hirono in Hawaii.
Any sanctuary city in a Blue state will do! The socialists want to overwhelm and bankrupt America, so let’s overwhelm and bankrupt the cities the socialists run (they are already almost there).
Don’t forget the “sanctuary” cities...
Some Red states have Blue cities that are “sanctuary cities.” Is there a way state governors or legislatures could defund or restrict general projects in those cities? “We were going to widen that state road through your city but since your priority is illegal aliens over citizens, we just don’t have money available for that project.”
Elon Musk asks if social media giant Twitter HQ should become a homeless shelter because ‘no one turns up anyway’

New majority Twitter shareholder Elon Musk issued several polls to his millions of followers on the social media platform on Saturday.
The outspoken Tesla CEO, known for his social media antics, initially asked if he should transform the company’s Silicon Valley headquarters into a homeless shelter, before suggesting the removal of the letter ‘w’ in Twitter.
In the first post, Musk - who purchased a 9.2 percent stake in the social media giant earlier this week and was subsequently named to the company’s board of directors - seemingly took aim at the company’s lax remote working policies, saying he came up with the plan ‘since no one shows up anyway.’
So far, the results of the 24-hour poll, posted at 9:30 PM ET by the billionaire businessman, suggests overwhelming support for the prospective undertaking - with 91.1 percent of more than 923,459 respondents voting in favor of the plan.
The second tweet about deleting ‘w’ saw Musk give two options without no as an answer, with 55.8 percent saying ‘yes’ and 44.2 percent ‘of course’ of 445,158 votes to-date.
It comes weeks after Twitter brass - who offered staffers the option of working from home ‘forever’ during the pandemic - reopened its offices March 15, with remote work remaining an option for staffers

More effective than busing illegals to DC is Abbott instituting extensive inspections of commercial trucks entering from Mexico as a reaction to Mexico’s lax border control.
Apparently there are now lines of traffic miles long waiting to enter. There’ll be pain on both sides of the border but hopefully Mexico will crack first.
There are already tons of illegals in seattle (mostly sent to more conservative suburbs).
Psaki may be right!
My understanding is that states cannot "force" illegal aliens to go anywhere. Illegal aliens are being offered a ride to be dropped off in D.C. BUT they must VOLUNTEER to go. Any coercion or force is illegal.
I have my doubts that any meaningful number of illegals are volunteering to be bused to D.C. Why should they? They know that Texas and the Southwest are full of people who speak Spanish; people with Mexican ties; businesses and employment that align with their culture.
No videos of the bus convoys to D.C.?
Not even any pics?
MIGRANTS====INVADERS!
I love it!
