Hitler set out on a worldwide crusade against Bolshevism, winning large numbers of followers from foreign countries along the way. It appears Putin’s worldwide crusade will be against Nazism - first in Ukraine, then elsewhere, if Ukraine proves to be a success.

The author said that Ukraine does not have traditional fascist features - “no main Nazi party, no Fuhrer, no full-fledged racial laws (only their truncated version in the form of repressions against the Russian language).” So now it's clear what they mean by "Nazi" with respect to Ukraine. It's anti Russian-ism. We knew this all along but now there is proof. Anyone who opposes Russia is a "Nazi".

Russian aggression is a bottomless abyss of evil and mindless barbarism that is appalling to most of the SANE world. A competent and clear-headed US President would have assured Russia that this was unnecessary and NOT without direct and immediate consequences.
In the end, the real problem with all this is that the US (formerly, the universally acknowledged voice for humanity and fair dealing) is NOW, no better and certainly no different than any aggressors.
We no longer have any moral standing in diplomacy and we have surrendered our place in the community of world leaders. Thanks “O’Bozo”!
