Tochka-U rockets are extremely inaccurate, regularly missing their targets by half a kilometer or more, (roughly a third of a mile), according to Amnesty International weapons experts. Both the Ukraine and Russian services make, maintenance, and use them. Serial numbers could easily have been switched by either group or purposely misread. This is a civil war. Both sides did a lot of finger pointing in our civil war in the 1800’s. And they both lied.

Possibilities:

• Errant missile.
• Russia captured a Ukrainian missile and fired it into Belarus to try to lure Belarus to send forces instead of just allowing Russia to launch attacks from their territory.
• Ukraine bombs an empty field as a warning to Belarus.
• Story is from an official Russian propaganda outlet - https://ria.ru/2
Серийный номер доказывает, что упавшая на Краматорск ракета принадлежит ВСУ
