No way was an active duty U.S. military officer in Mariupol. That’s a fantasy. But I would not rule out US, UK or French “advisors” who were “former specops” and are now “civilian contractors” (wink wink).
Doubtful if there are any pockets of Ukraine Azov Nazis left in Mariupol in the steel works. Doubtful.
Any foreigner “advisors” were probably killed by their Uke handlers and blown up/burnt, to prevent their very embarrassing captures or even body recovery.
Folks who will fire their own obsolete Ukrainian Scarab-U cluster bomb missiles into downtown civilian Donetsk (March) or the train station false flag (April) will not hesitate to eliminate potentially embarrassing “advisors.”
But it cannot be ruled out that some have been captured by the Russians. These must be nervous times in Langley, Whitehall, etc, waiting to see who appears on camera.

We can’t rule out that the Dominion servers are in the Ukrainian controlled area of Donbas. Langley and Whitehall can’t allow Putin to capture them and expose Dominion. We can expect all sorts of false flags in the coming days to prevent that.
