The Ukes HONORED that agreement, the Rukes VIOLATED it by invading twice, and the US is busy trying to find people like you who ABROGATE it just because you are wimps.

Nobody else in the US believes an agreement signed by Bill Clinton, against the advice of both houses of congress, and never submitted to either house for passage or ratification, binds any person or element of our government.
