Bill passes that provides protection to people who have sex with minors, keeps them off sex offender registry

SACRAMENTO – There’s a lot of buzz over a bill that passed which some argue protects sex offenders. Here’s everything you need to know about it.
California state senator Scott Weiner authored bill SB 145, passed this Monday, August 31st, 2020. The bill has more than a few people concerned because of the protection it provides to pedophiles.
According to the San Francisco Chronicle, Weiner’s bill “would change how the sex offender registry treats gay relationships between young adults and minors.”

SB 145 amends sections 290 and 290.006 of the California penal code.
Under those sections, if an offender is no more than ten years older than a minor victim and commits “certain acts” against the victim, they must register with the state as a sex offender.
State senator Weiner, who is openly gay, views this language of the Sex Offender Registration Act discriminatory against members of the LGBTQ community.
This is because the “certain acts” are more likely to be committed by homosexual offenders, and acts not covered are unique to heterosexual assaults involving a male offender and female victim of statutory rape.

In my eyes is one problem with term limits. If you still had experienced politicians in place these bills may not be happening. It is the newbies coming in that are doing this.
The left is passionate about having more people who “identify” as organ-choppers. Because the left gives them infinite power, as a group, over the normal people.
In return, the genital-slicers show their gratitude with votes and money.
This is nuts.

It’s like mail order bakery cakes all over again.
If I were getting myself, uh, changed, I’d at least want to see a specialist.
It's not because the Left loves trannies. It's because the Left sees them as a way to undermine "white Christian patriarchy" (i.e., the traditional religion and family unit of European civilization). The Left has weaponized trannies to destroy Christiandom.
If some Jews, blacks, and Latinos also suffer, well, that's collateral damage. Their communities aren't directly targeted with trannies, but if you want to destroy Christendom, you must allow for some collateral damage.
Doctors Training = Do No Harm
Millennials will buy anything as their told everyone but white heteronormative people have been oppressed and they don’t want to be identified as exclusionary, bigots, slavers, racists, homophobes, transphobes, imperialists, isolationists, etc, etc. the Left has built their power base on teaching recent generations how terrible we are and have been and how we’ve been oppressed and the oppressor. A people who believe in a fair opportunity, American dream, etc. are not easily manipulated. They’re off the mental plantation that sectarian politics depends upon for power. Self-sufficiency is their mortal enemy. It’s why they hate country folk and gravitate to mega cities where they can be fodder, dependent and coddled. Self-sufficient Americans don’t need their government controlling their lives
Transgender should not be linked to lesbians or gay men and those groups have at times pushed back on the association. It’s a very different thing.
The transgendered that I’ve known socially or worked with have abuse in their personal history. They despised themselves and transitioning was a way to escape or kill that version of self, to spare them from being reminded of their victimization. They may feel pressured to transition while looking for belonging when they feel alienated from their family. It’s sad to see the struggles and the lack of interest in determining root cause and finding a way to heal. Instead the answer is hormone therapy or surgery.
There’s reason transgendered are a higher risk group for STIs.
Unfortunately the counseling is a joke. And since this has been culturally dragged into the “civil rights” arena no doctor is going to deny a patient their hormones or transition whether they are psychologically fit to make such a radical choice or not. Look at how poorly doctors were gatekeepers for antibiotics and opioids. Patient demands for both didn’t include the societal pressure of this “civil rights” movement. Doctors will not resist a patient demanding hormone therapy particularly. New doctors won’t be skeptical of patients readiness and older doctors will feel pressure from their peer group, employer, malpractice insurance and in this case, state law.
Absolutely no child should be going through this process. Teenager either.
Expect an increase in transgendered not because it’s an underrepresented thing but because it’s a “acceptable” path to rid oneself of who they were. Disaffected millennial youth will get caught up in it. It may be a way to female stardom for mediocre male athletes so they can live out a fantasy and delusions about self.
