I have the solution to this junkie overdose “crisis” the mediascum and fedz claim and try to blame it on Rx Meds. Give the junkies one arrest and chance to clean up their lives. Second time shoot them and clean up the problem. Bullets are cheaper than Narcan and EMS runs to the ER with junkies.
