I think this should be done sparingly. But in this case the administration’s prewar statements were so strange and contradictory I have a hard time thinking any good came as a result

Remember when they said Russia was going to attack on Wednesday? Always thought that was weird.

I figured they were buying time for someone’s teams to finish up some operation.
