That’s true but just because you have money to file a lawsuit doesn’t mean it’s going anywhere. In this case sovereign immunity or lack of tort duty and/or inability to show proximate cause would have knocked it out.
Not true. There is a Rule 11 that is impliedly complied with each time you sign the pleading. So to file a Petition, when the attorney signs it he is also stating he has complied with Rule 11, and done his due diligence and that there are facts supporting his claims, and the law supports him bringing the claim.
There would be no way, no way anyone could file suit against Trump. There would be no facts that anything Trump did caused their death, or that he did not do, or that he even had a duty to do anything. Plus there are no laws that support a claim. So it would be quickly dismissed and the person would most likely be sanctioned.
Well then. Everyone who had a death in their extended family since Biden was sworn in should sue Biden.
