That image is from the Bohemian Revolt of the early 17th century. Protestant officials tossed two Catholic emissaries of the Holy Roman Emperor out the window. Due to the shape of the building, which was wider at the bottom, they both survived.
The argument was how they survived. The Protestants said they landed in donkey dung, while the Catholics claimed that Mother Mary caught them and gently landed them safely on the ground.
The Emperor granted one of them the title, "Baron of the Highfall"
